Late winter cave dinners
6th and 7th of March
I will be cooking 2 dinner next week on Friday the 6th and Saturday the 7th in the cave.
As usual the vibe will be relax I will be cooking and serving. At the moment we have a beautiful selection of wines at the cave, especially coming from young wine makers in the Jura.
There will be a focus on seafood and winter citrus and sweeting cellared vegetables. Last week the star of the show was beautiful hand dived uni in the best quality so far of the year.
The menu will be 130pp
Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
There will only be 9 seats at the counter so please understand that places are very limited.
